This series offers a practical and experiential introduction to Body Dialogue. Through awareness, breath, and movement, you’ll begin to unwind habitual tension patterns and reconnect with the body’s natural intelligence.
While the series builds progressively, each session can also be taken on its own.

Body Dialogue Water Sessions
At the beautiful pool at Center Street Retreat – 400 Center St. Altamonte Springs, Florida

Join Janice Stieber-Rous for a unique session that combines Watsu and Body Dialogue in the pool.
We are mostly water. Through guided breath, sound, and deep relaxation, you are invited into a new relationship with your body and mind. This experience may open new doors in your somatic awareness and everyday life.
Drawing on her work with imagery, symbolic expression in the body, deep relaxation, and rebirthing practices, each session is guided by Janice’s intuitive presence.
You will be gently supported in the water, with your head and neck held so the body can fully release. With floats supporting your legs, you are invited into a state of deep relaxation as you are slowly moved through the water. As habitual tension unwinds, the session naturally evolves into vocal toning and sound.
Applying the principles of Breathing Coordination, sounding in the water amplifies vibration throughout the body. Many people enter a dreamlike state—awake, yet deeply inward—where images and sensations arise from within. This becomes a kind of personalized, embodied visualization.
Each session is a partnership between you and Janice, creating a safe and imaginative space for inner images to emerge. Janice supports you in listening to the messages of your body, offering a pathway toward deeper self-understanding, integration, and realization.
Through her intuitive bodywork and relationship with water, Janice has developed a signature modality that invites you to connect with your inner flow, experience the music of your body, and be mirrored by the movement of water itself.

• 60 minutes total: 30 minutes in water, 30 minutes on land for integration
• Session fee: $125
